In ASEA it is important you get paid what you are worth as you share our life changing technology and opportunity with others. With lots of ways to get paid, you will discover the ASEA Compensation plan is fair, generous and pays weekly.
FAST START BONUS
When you personally enroll a new Associate into the business you can earn a 20% Fast Start Bonus on their first product order. And, of course, you can enroll as many Associates as you like!
Sponsor your first 2 Associates, with a product order, within the first 14 days of your business and you can earn the additional $50 Director Bonus. Fun Fact: Associates who earn the Director Bonus are 15 times more likely to achieve Diamond!
By building out two sales teams – a left team and a right team – you can earn 10% on the sales in the smaller team. Up to $10,000 per week!
EXECUTIVE MOMENTUM POOL
2% of Global Sales are set aside to reward the up and coming leadership in ASEA – the executive ranks. Associates can participate in these pools for up to 72 weeks as they build their business to Diamond!
Get paid on the success of your team by earning a percentage on their team commissions. This is considered by many to be the real wealth generating part of the plan as there is no cap or ceiling on this part of the ASEA Compensation Plan.
3% of Global Sales are set aside to reward the Diamond leaders in ASEA for their vision, persistence and ability to help others succeed.
